Ielts exam is taken by renowned educational institution,specially in England, Australia,Canada and some in USA to allow foreign students to get admitted in their college.It includes basic English test such as listening,speaking, paragraph writing and passage reading.Score ranges from 0-10.The average score is 6.0 which is generally required and some colleges can demand more to take the best students.Ielts exam is conducted by the British embassy in given country in different venues and at different duration in the year.Students need to have overall knowledge about English.They must have skill in reading and writing and should have good word power.This exam is must for the students who want to study bachelor or higher studies in the above mentioned countries.Ielts exam has three section:listening, speaking and writing.The final score is calculated after taking average.In listening, students have to answer the questions after listening to audio tape. In speaking, they have to give exclusive interview with representative from respective college.In writing,they have to write paragraph on any topic give by the institution.Writing also includes passage reading and answering question.
